In preparation for the upcoming holiday of Shavuot (May 29, '09), a group of Jews gathered from all over Israel to clean and renovate the Tomb of Ruth and Yishai. Ruth, a moabite princess who was determined to become a Jew, and became the great-grandmother of King David, is remembered during the holiday, with the Scroll of Ruth being read in synagogues around the world.

Israel's Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon talks about why there is a need for the Palestinians to recognize Israel as a Jewish State. Ayalon explains that Israel does not require the affirmation of any people or nation. What Israel requests is for the Palestinian leadership to turn to its own people and say in a very clear and concise manner that they recognize the right of the Jewish People to their own state in their historic homeland. This is important for the continuation of the peace process and will be a signal by the Palestinian leadership that a two state solution is the end of their claims.

The previous administration, proved training to Jihadists? - The previous support of AlQuaida is US' "your enemy is my friend" war strategy.
